新世纪的一切竞争都是人才的竞争，而且是创新型人才的竞争。创新能力需要持续不断的培养，“挑战杯”竞赛正是培养本科生创新能力的一个重要平台。通过问卷调查和深度访谈，了解创新能力要素对辽宁工业大学、辽宁医学院、渤海大学学生参加“挑战杯”竞赛的影响，运用因子分析方法得出影响因素的排序，进而提出培养大学生创新能力的建议，很有现实意义。
英文摘要：
All competition are the competition for talents in the new century, especially for the innovative tal ents. Innovation ability needs to train continuously, while ＂Challenge Cup＂ competition is an important platform for training innovation ability. Through questionnaires and deep interviews to understand the elements of the innova tion ability in Liaoning University of Technology, Liaoning Medical College and Bohai University where the students participated in the ＂Challenge Cup＂ competition, this paper found the impact factors through factor analysis meth od and then put forward some suggestions, which has far-reaching practical significance.
