在液压系统中,能量损失往往由多种因素综合造成。为了减少系统中的能量损失,提高系统的能量传输效率,系统输出输入能量两者应尽量相适应,负载敏感技术能够较好地达到这一目标。描述了负载敏感系统的工作原理,并运用AMESim软件对该系统的动态性能进行仿真分析,总结出系统性能的影响因素及其影响机理,为液压系统节能设计提供参考依据。
Energy loss is often caused by multiple factors in hydraulic system.In order to reduce energy loss in system and improve efficiency of energy transfer,the energy that system outputs and inputs two should be compatible as far as possible,load sensing technology can achieve this goal better.This paper describes working principle of load-sensing system and uses software AMESim to carry out simulation of dynamic performance of system,sums up impact of influencing factors and mechanism of system performance,in order to provide reference for energy saving design of hydraulic system.
