为了研究表面织构对陶瓷刀具切削性能的影响,利用ABAQUS对其正交切削45淬火钢的过程进行二维仿真,分析了织构的参数对切削力、切削温度和刀具应力场的影响规律。结果表明:织构的宽度和间距对刀具的性能有重要影响,宽度较小的表面织构具有较好的减摩作用,当宽度大到一定程度,织构会对切屑产生二次切削,削弱甚至抵消织构的减摩作用;间距越小,起作用的织构的个数越多,刀具的性能越好,故在刀具表面置入合理参数的织构可以有效延长刀具的使用寿命。
The orthogonal cutting of 45 hardened steel was simulated using a two-dimensional finite model through the software ABAQUS. The influence of the parameters of the surface textures ( including the width and the interval of the tex- tures) on the cutting force and cutting temperature was analyzed. The results show that the surface textures with reasonable parameters could reduce the cutting force anti the cutting temperature. But the derivative-cutting phenomenon, which weak- ens the positive effect of the textures, is present when the widths of the textures come to a certain extent.
