农村专业合作组织作为实现农业规模化经营与缓解农村劳动力就业压力的有效途径，其自身运行效率颇受重视。文章以种植业专业合作组织为例，应用新兴古典分工理论和成本效率测算模型，对比分析专业合作组织内农户及合作组织外农户的耕地利用效率，得出合作组织内农户耕地利用效率远高于合作组织外农户的结论，为我国种植业类农村专业合作组织的发展提供了一定的借鉴。

英文摘要：

Rural cooperation organizations, as an effective way to realize agriculture scale management and to ease the pressure of employment of rural labor force, should pay attention to their own operating efficiency. By a new classical theory of labor division and cost effectiveness model, this paper takes crop farming cooperative organiza- tions for example, comparing the land use efficiency of the farmers who are in the cooperative organization with that of the ones who are out of the organization. The conclusion is that the land use efficiency of the farmers in co- operative organizations is superior, which provides reference for the development of crop farming cooperative or- ganizations.
