目前对于闸板防喷器壳体受力分析一般限于有限元分析以及理论研究,少有结合试验进行验证分析。鉴于此,以FZ28—105单闸板防喷器为例,分别对额定工况和静水压情况下壳体受力进行试验测试,并建立壳体三维模型进行有限元分析。对2种分析方法的结果进行对比,发现壳体外表面的应力分布试验测试结果与仿真结果基本相符。同时指出了利用试验测试和有限元分析方法确定的壳体内外表面的应力集中区域。该试验方法和结果可为闸板防喷器的设计及在役防喷器的安全评价提供参考。
Currently the force analysis of ram blowout preventer (BOP) housing is generally restricted to finite element analysis and theoretical research. It is seldom seen that the analysis and verification are made in combination with experiments. Therefore, with the FZ28 -105 single ram BOP as an example, the experimental testing of the rated working condition and hydrostatic condition is conducted respectively. The three-dimensional model of the housing was established to conduct the finite element analysis. The results obtained by both methods were com- pared, and it was found that the testing result of the housing external surface stress distribution is basically in agree- ment with that of the simulation. Meanwhile, the paper pointed out the stress concentration zone of the internal and external surfaces of the housing which was determined by experimental testing and finite element analysis. The ex- perimental method and findings can offer a reference for the design of ram BOP and the safety evaluation of BOP in service.
