目的研究甜菜碱的抗肿瘤活性以及其对血清5种肿瘤标志物酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、醛缩酶(ALD)和肌酸激酶(CK)活力的影响。方法建立S180实体瘤模型,以抑瘤率、血清酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、醛缩酶和肌酸激酶活力为检测指标,用试剂盒进行测定。结果高、中、低不同剂量组对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑制率分别为39.8%、25.7%、17.7%,甜菜碱高剂量组可非常显著地提高血清酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶的活力。中剂量和低剂量可明显地提高血清酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶的活力;同时甜菜碱高剂量组可以非常显著地降低乳酸脱氢酶、醛缩酶和肌酸激酶活力。中剂量和低剂量可显著地降低血清乳酸脱氢酶、醛缩酶和肌酸激酶活力。结论甜菜碱能抑制实验性S180小鼠的肿瘤细胞的生长,并呈现出一定的量效关系,同时能提高血清肿瘤标志物酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶的活力,降低血清肿瘤标志物乳酸脱氢酶、醛缩酶和肌酸激酶的活力,可能是甜菜碱抗肿瘤作用的潜在机制。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-tumor activity of betaine and its effects on the activity of tumor markers ACP,ALP,LDH,ALD,CK.METHODS The mouce model bearing S180 was established.The inhibition rate,the enzyme activity of ACP,ALP,LDH,ALD,CK in serum as indexes,were determined by the kit tests.RESULTS The tumor inhibition rates of betaine at different doses were 39.8%,25.7% and 17.7%,respectively.The high dose remarkably increased the activity of ACP and ALP.The median and low doses increased the activity of ACP and ALP.The high dose remarkably decreased the activity of LDH,ALD and CK.The median and low doses decreased the activity of LDH,ALD,CK.CONCLUSION Betaine can inhibit the growth of tumor cells in rats bearing S180,its effect has correlation with dose.Meanwhile,it can increase the activity of ACP,ALP and decease the activity of LDH,ALD,CK in serum,which are probably the potential mechanism of its anti-tumor effect.
