采用SBR工艺对预处理后的垃圾渗滤液进行中试试验研究,以考查SBR反应器对水质条件变化的适应能力,确定相关技术指标。试验结果表明,SBR反应器对渗滤液的处理具有很好的耐冲击负荷能力,进水COD在3100~5600mg/L之间变化时,出水COD在500-750mg/L之间;正常运行过程中,DO质量浓度控制在4mg/L以上,COD容积负荷控制在2.0kg/(m^3·d)以下,混合液中COD、氨氮、TN、TP去除率分别为57.4%、65.1%、40.7%、30.7%。
The pretreated landfill leachate was studied by SBR process in a pilot plant. The ability of SBR was examined to adapt to changes in water quality conditions. And the relevant technical indicators were determined. The results show that the SBR has good resistance to shock loading. The effluent COD is 500-750 mg/L when the influent COD is 3 100-5 600 mg/L. During normal operation, DO is controlled more than 4 mg/L, and COD volumetric loading is controlled below 2.0 kg/(m3-d). The removal rates of COD, NHa-N, TN and TP are 57.4%, 65.1%, 40.7% and 30.7%, respectively.
