外显子的3-周期性已被广泛的应用到基因识别中,而通过大量的实验表明并不是所有的已知外显子都表现出3-周期性,探究不同变换下外显子3-周期性的表现,得到自相关傅里叶变换可以增强外显子的3-周期性质;同时研究了不同数值映射之间在计算平均功率谱,N/3处功率谱和信噪比的关联,通过理论推导得到关联结果,进行仿真实验,并且结合Voss映射下的快速算法提出Z-curve映射下的快速算法,模拟不同DNA序列分别按照Z-curve映射下原始计算方法和快速算法计算相应的公式,实验结果证明快速算法的有效性和快速性,最后给出自适应窗口平移法识别外显子,利用评价指标,证明算法的实用性和可行性.
This paper studies the association mapping between different numerical value mapping when calculating the average power spectrum, N/3 power spectrum and signal- to-noise ratio, which is obtained by theoretical derivation associated as a result, the use of simulation to prove the validity of the inference results. Combined with the fast algorithm of Voss mapping, Z - curve mapping of fast algorithm is put forward, different DNA sequences were simulated respectively in accordance with Z - curve mapping of the original calculation method and fast algorithm to calculate the corresponding formula, the experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm is effective and efficient.
