通过191对直接领导与员工配对样本的问卷调查,探讨了创造自我概念的中介效应和风险偏好的调节效应。研究结果表明,授权领导对创新行为有显著正面影响;创造自我效能和创造角色认同都对创新行为有显著正面影响;授权领导分别对创造自我效能和创造角色认同有显著正面影响;创造自我效能和创造角色认同都在授权领导与创新行为之间发挥完全中介作用;风险偏好对授权领导与创新行为之间的关系有显著的调节作用。最后,对研究结论对理论和实践的意义以及未来的研究方向进行了阐述。
This paper examines the link from mediating role of creative self conception, as well as moderating effect of risk preference from 191 paired supervisors and subordinates. The results show as follows: empowering leadership has a significant positive effect on innovative behavior; both crea- tive self efficacy and creative role identity have a significant positive effect on innovative behavior; em- powering leadership has a positive effect on creative self efficacy and creative role identity; the effect of empowering leadership on innovative behavior is fully mediated by creative self efficacy and creative role identity and risk preference moderates the effect of empowering leadership on innovative behav- ior. At last, implications are discussed, as well as possible limitations and direction for future re- search.
