为合理保护和利用北川驴蹄草(Caltha dysosmoides)新物种,本文研究了一定条件下驴蹄草种子过氧化物酶的最适pH以及驴蹄草种子过氧化物酶的稳定性.通过实验测定的数据以及SPSS 19.0软件对数据的分析,结果表明:驴蹄草种子过氧化物酶活性在pH2~8的范围内最适pH为5.8;在同一pH下(pH4~7范围内)20、40、60 min测定的过氧化物酶(POD)活性在反应中相对酶活力的变化差异不显著(P〈0.05),表明驴蹄草种子的过氧化物酶活性具有较强的稳定性.
To protect and utilize the new species Caltha dysosmoides, this paper studies the seed of Caltha dysosmoides's peroxidase optimal pH and the stability of peroxidase in certain conditions. The results show that POD activity of the seed of Caltha dysosmoides is pH 5.8 within the scope of the pH2 - 8, while within the scope of the pHd - 7 determination reaction in 20 min, 40 min, 60 min of peroxidase activity shows that the same relative enzyme activity in response to a pH change difference is not significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the POD activity in Caltha dysosmoides seeds has strong stability.
