以普通活性污泥为种泥,以乙酸钠为碳源,按照COD:N:P=100:5:1的营养比例配制底物,在SBR反应器的厌氧/好氧交替运行条件下,考察了进水COD浓度对活性污泥合成聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)的影响。结果表明,当进水COD≤800mg/L时,活性污泥合成PHA的能力与进水COD浓度呈正相关,最大PHA含量可达21%左右;当进水COD继续增至1000mg/L时,PHA产率无明显提高。在SBR中,PHA的合成主要发生在厌氧阶段,而好氧阶段会消耗PHA。
Using conventional activated sludge as seeding sludge, sodium acetate as carbon source and nutrient ratio of COD : N : P = 100 : 5 : 1, the effect of the influent COD concentration on synthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) by activated sludge was investigated in SBR operated in alternative anaerobic/aerobic mode. The results show that when the influent COD is equal to or less than 800 mg/L, the synthesis of PHA is proportional to COD concentration, and the maximum PHA content can reach 21%. When COD is 1 000 mg/L, the yield of PHA is not significantly increased. The synthesis of PHA occurs mainly in anaerobic stage while PHA is consumed in aerobic stage.
