The true density value of powder is decided by the chemical moiety,purity of material and influences on the quality,property and usage.A set of simple and feasible true density measurement system was designed and optimized in order to change the poor recurrence in this paper.The true density measurement of cenosphere is simple,fast and the results are satisfactory.
