以某厂铟冶炼生产过程中产生的废液——萃铟余液为原料,进行了生产氧化锌的小型联合试验。萃铟余液先经中和残酸和射流空气法初步除铁,再用高锰酸钾和锌粉通过4段净化除去残铁及锰、砷、锑、铜、镉等杂质,然后用碳酸钠沉锌,生成的碱式碳酸锌经3次洗涤后进行干燥、煅烧、破碎,得到氧化锌产品。经检测,产品达到工业活性氧化锌的一等品标准。
A pilot test was made on the production of zinc oxide from a waste solution of the indium smelting of a smeltery - the residual solution of indium extraction. The residual solution was treated first to neutralize its residual acid and to remove preliminarily the iron by air jetting method, and then purified in four stages using potassium permanganate and zinc power to remove the impurities such as residual iron, manganese, arsenic, antimony, copper, cadmium, etc. Then, sodium carbonate was added to precipitate the zinc and the resultant basic zinc carbonate was rinsed for three times and then dried, roasted and crushed to get a zinc oxide product. The testing indicates that the product reaches the standards for 1 st grade industrial active zinc oxide product.
