针对滚动柱面过盈配合面的滚动微动失效形式,建立了预测微动裂纹萌生位置的控制模型,该模型应用控制参数W,综合考虑了接触面上的拉应力、剪切应力、摩擦系数、分布区域等主要裂纹萌生影响参数,对微动裂纹的萌生位置进行了预测。应用该预测模型对实际失效轴承裂纹萌生位置进行了预测,并与实际轴承失效的微观特征进行了对比,验证了预测模型的正确性。
A prdeiction model is constructed to predict the rolling fretting crack initiation location, which propse a control parameter W by taking consideration of the dominant factors such as tensile stress, shear, friction coefficient and the distribution region region. The control parameter W has predicted crack initiation location of a rolling bearing, which is characterized as the close contact. The comparison of the predicted result and the actual failure validates the prediction model.
