在对我国当前可选择的区域发电权交易模式进行介绍的基础上,构建了交易模式的综合评估指标体系,并运用粗糙集理论确定了其权重;进而运用多目标智能加权灰靶决策模型对12种区域发电权交易模式进行了综合评估,其结果表明:选择建立区域统一的发电交易平台、仅对受让机组进行交易准人的限制、采取集中发电权交易方式并辅以高低匹配价格形成机制的交易模式是最优的。算例结果表明了该区域发电权交易模式综合评估模型是有效可行的。
Based on the introduction of the practicable regional generation rights trade modes, the comprehensive assessment index system is constructed, and the rough set theory is used to determine the weigh. Then the multi-attribute intelligent grey target decision (MAIGTD) model is employed to perform the comprehensive assessment of twelve kinds of regional generation rights trade modes. Conclusively, the optimal trade mode is built on regional unified pow- er generation trading platform, with trading access restrictions only on transferee unit, and in the mode of the centralized power generation right trade and the matching price formation mechanism. The calculation result indicates this comprehensive assessment model for regional generation rights trade modes is effective and feasible.
