银川地区不同动翰源肠球菌耐药性比较

为了解银川地区规模化养殖场肠球菌的耐药情况,试验采用药敏纸片法测定了216株肠球菌对12种抗菌药物的耐药率。结果表明:72株牛源肠球菌对青霉素的耐药率最高,为44.44%;其次对氨苄西林、红霉素、庆大霉素和利福平耐药率较高,均在22%以上;对万古霉素和利奈唑胺的敏感率最高,均为100%。72株鸡源肠球菌对红霉素、链霉素、多西环素的耐药率较高,均在50%以上;对氨苄西林、氯霉素、利奈唑胺的敏感率较高,均在80%以上。72株猪源肠球菌对链霉素耐药率最高,为90.28%;其次对红霉素和多西环素耐药率较高,均在75%左右;对万古霉素和利奈唑胺的敏感率较高,均在80%以上。牛源肠球菌不耐药、一耐、二耐菌株数量明显高于猪源和鸡源的菌株数;鸡源肠球菌三耐、四耐的菌株数量明显高于猪源和鸡源的菌株数;猪源肠球菌五耐和六耐的菌株数量明显高于牛源和鸡源的菌株数。其中猪源肠球菌多重耐药情况比较严重,有一株菌株已经耐12种药物。

英文摘要:

To understand the drug resistance of Enterococcus isolated from large - scale breeding farms in Yinchuan, the disk diffusion method was used to determine the drug resistance of 216 strains of Enterococci against 12. kinds of antimicrobial drugs. The results showed that the drug resistant rate to penicillin of 72 strains of bovine Enterococci was the highest which reached to 44.44%. Followed by ampicillin, erythromycin, gentamicin and rifampicin, the resistance rates were higher than 22%. While the sensitivity to vancomycin and linezolid was the highest with 100%. The resistant rates to erythromycin, streptomycin and doxycycline of 72 strains of chicken Enterococci were higher than 50%, and the sensitivity rates to ampicillin,chloramphenicol and linezolid were higher more than 80%. The resistant rate to streptomycin of 72 strains of pig Errteroc~ci was the highest ,which reached to 90.28%. Resistant rates to erythromycin and doxycycline were being followed which were higher than 75 % ;The sensitivity of vancomycin and linezolid was higher than 80%. Additionally, the strain numbers of not resistant, one resistant and two resistant of bovine Enterococci were significantly higher than that of pig and chicken sources. The numbers of three and four resistant strains of chicken Enterococci were significantly higher than those of pig and chicken sources. The straint numbers of five and six resistant strains of pig Enterococei were significantly higher than those of pig and chicken sources. One of pig Enterococci multi - drug resistance was more serious which had been resistant to 12 kinds of drugs.
