慢性疲劳综合症大鼠模型的建立

目的采用拥挤和睡眠紊乱方法制作慢性疲劳综合症(CFS)动物模型,观察拥挤程度、生活空间大小对造模的影响。方法大鼠拥挤在不同的小饲养箱内,并采用噪音和昼夜颠倒干扰大鼠的正常睡眠,造模持续7周。观察大鼠精神状态、皮毛色泽并评分,每周测量体质量、摄食量,研究结束时进行力竭游泳实验。结果造模后,大鼠一般表现评分值明显升高,大鼠体质量、摄食量、力竭游泳时间降低。其中生活空间最小、拥挤程度最高组的大鼠症状最典型:精神萎靡不振,攻击性、对抗性行为消失;皮肤松弛,皮下无脂肪;全身毛发枯槁,稀疏脱落,造模7周时一般表现评分值达到5.6分,体质量、摄食量、力竭游泳时间降低最明显。结论采用拥挤和睡眠紊乱方法成功构建了CFS动物模型,并且拥挤程度越高、生活空间越小慢性疲劳综合症表现越明显。

英文摘要:

Objective To establish the rat model of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) by using congestion and sleep disturbances. Method Rats were crowded in a small box, were interfered normal sleep, modeling for 1 month. The mental state, skin and hair, body weight, food intake, water intake were obserred, and conducted exhaustive swimming experiments. Result After modeling, rat mental malaise, aggressive and confrontational behavior disappears; loose skint, withered body hair, thinning off; body weight, food intake, exhaustive swimming time were reduced. The symptom of highly congested group was the most typical, general performance score reaches 5.6. Body weight, food intake, swimming time reduced most obvious. Conclusion We succeeded in establishing a new animal model of CFS in rat by using congestion and sleep disturbances.
