超薄陶瓷板具有材质轻盈,给负载物体施加压力小,生产中能耗小,原料消耗低,窑具损耗少等优点。参考了建筑卫生陶瓷、特种陶瓷、日用陶瓷等对超薄陶瓷或增韧陶瓷的一些制备工艺,介绍几种可行的高抗折强度超薄陶瓷板的制备方法,并对其工艺上可能遇到的问题作出可行性分析。
Ultrathin ceramic plates are of the characteristics of light weight, exerting less pressure on the laden object, less energy and low material consumption, less wastage of kiln furniture, etc. during the production. With reference to some ultrathin ceramic and toughened ceramic production techniques for application to architectural, special, and domestic ceramics, several feasible preparation methods of high flexural strength ultrathin ceramic boards were introduced, and the problems during their process were analyzed in this paper.
