采用液培法,进行了不同基因型甜菜无机磷吸收动力学参数研究,结果表明:(1)甜菜对营养液中无机磷的吸收速率符合Michaelis—Menten动力学方程,可以用该方程的线性转换式Lineweaver—Burk或Hanes方程加以描述;(2)磷营养水平对各品种的无机磷吸收动力学参数影响较大,与胁迫时比,足磷条件下明显增加Ⅰmax(最大吸收速率)和Km(米氏常数)值,其中Ⅰmax增加2—10倍左右,Km增加23—60倍左右;(3)在磷胁迫条件下,三个参试品种的Km值以品种20最小、品种14居中、品种17最高,与品种的抗磷胁迫能力基本相符。
Studies on the kinetics of phosphorus uptake in different sugar beet genotypes were conducted by means of liquid culture,the results showed that: ①the inflow of phosphorus uptake in sugar beet was generally in accord with the function of Michaelis - Menten;②the dynamic functions of Michaelis - Menten for phosphorus uptake in all sugar beet genotypes used in the study could be transferred and fitted by the methods of Lineweaver- Burk or Hanes;③comparer with phosphorus stress, sufficient phosphorus could increase Ⅰmax and Km significantly;④ the dynamic parameters of phosphorus in sugar beet showed a genetic differences greatly,and generally in accord with the resistances to phosphorus stress.
