为了纵向研究慢性吸烟者在未戒烟和戒烟一段时间后静息态局部脑功能活动发生的变化,本文结合功能磁共振成像(fMRI)和局部一致性(ReHo)方法,对12名慢性吸烟的健康志愿者,在未戒烟和戒烟一周后的脑静息态扫描数据进行组内比较分析,结果:与未戒烟状态相比,吸烟者戒烟一周后额叶(左侧眶内额叶、右侧额中回、右侧背外侧额叶)、左侧楔前叶、左侧后扣带皮层、左侧楔叶和右侧初级运动皮层的ReHo显著降低;双侧颞上回、左侧距状裂沟回、左侧舌回、左侧梭状回、左侧海马旁回、右侧中央后回和左侧豆状壳核的ReHo显著增强。研究表明,慢性吸烟者在戒烟一周后上述脑区的神经元活动一致性发生了变化,这为ReHo应用于戒烟疗法提供了一定依据。
Most previously studies on chronic smokers are transversal studies based on task paradigm.In this study,longitudinal studies of regional brain activity alterations between smoking and quitting smoking for some time in resting state are carried.Twelve healthy chronic smokers participated in this study and were imaged with resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)in two stages,i.e.,under smoking and after quitting smoking for one week.Then regional homogeneity(ReHo)method was used to conduct a comparative analysis of the statistics of the two stages.Compared with those in smoking state,smokers who had quitted smoking for one week showed decreased level of ReHo in frontal lobe(orbital,medial,middle),left precuneus,left posterior cingulate cortex(PCC),left cuneus,and right supplementary motor area,as well as increased level of ReHo in bilateral superior temporal gyrus,left calcarine,left lingual gyrus,left fusiform gyrus,left parahippocampagyrus,right postcentral gyrus,and left putamen.The results indicate that coherence of neural activities have been altered in the above brain regions after quitting smoking for one week among the chronic smokers,which offers references for the application of ReHo in smoking cessation therapy.
