为了解决当前在线诊断系统受到现场条件限制,检测点不易更改和扩充,在恶劣和危险环境难以推广等问题,提出了基于ZigBee技术的无线监测系统设计方法。对振动传感器进行设计,对振动信号的采集、处理方法进行研究,为ZigBee网络降低了数据流量。在此基础上组建ZigBee网络,用于数据的传输,并引入WiFi作为ZigBee网络与现场服务器的接入手段。实验结果表明,该系统可以有效的完成数据的采集和无线传输,并及时的检测出设备的异常状态。
To get rid of the limit of field condition, change test points more easily, and popularize on-line condition monitor system in dangerous area, an on-line condition monitor system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) is put forward. First, vibration sensor design, signal acquisition and processing is researched to reduce the quantity of data. On the basis of that, ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) is constructed for data transmission. And WiFi is used for connecting this network to field server. A prototype of this system is established for performance test. Experimental results show that the system implement signal acquisition and transmission, recognize abnormal state of rotating machinery timely and effectively.
