介绍基于VB、ANSYS和ACCESS的ERW高频电阻焊接钢管排辊辊弯成形过程建模和仿真的数字化系统。借助VB实现了ERW直缝焊接钢管生产线成型过程中QS参数的ACCESS数据库管理查询等,并且实现了CAD/CAE可视化参数输入界面,通过调用ANSYS中APDL语言编写的建模仿真分析程序,对ERW焊接钢管成型过程进行建模仿真,分析各种参数对成形结果的影响,极大地方便了ANSYS的使用并提高了分析效率。
The digital system for roll-forming of ERW pipe based on VB, ANSYS and ACCESS is introduced in this paper. ACCESS database management for QS parameter of ERW pipe roll-forming is established and visual CAD/ CAE parameter-inputting interface is realized in this system. The process of roll-forming of ERW pipe is modeled and simulated by ANSYS via APDL program with the help of this system. Thus it is convenient for users to analyze all parameters influencing the outcome of the roll-forming and the efficiency can be improved evidently when using ANSYS.
