设计研发了一种适合于起重和装卸作业的新型轻型免维护滑轮及其承载试验装置。该滑轮采用双腹板组成的抗失稳封闭箱型结构,其上均布若干通孔穿管,大大减轻了滑轮质量。开发了1台滑轮动载模拟试验台,能够方便简单地对各种型号的滑轮进行动载试验,并借此研究了某大型滑轮在2种工况下的受力状态。通过对比滑轮在2种工况下的受力状态,分析了滑轮在工作时钢丝绳的偏角对滑轮的受力状态的影响。
A new-type light maintenance-free pulley suitable for craning and unloading operation as well as its loading test device were designed. The pulley was in anti-instability closed box structure with double webs. There were several through-holes in the pulley, which greatly reduced the pulley mass. In addition, a dynamic loading test bench was developed. The dynamic loading test for various-sized pulley was conducted conveniently and easily, and the stress state of the large pulley in two operation modes was studied. After contrasting the stress state of the pulley in two operation modes, the inlfuence of the delfection of steel rope on the stress state of the pulley while the pulley operating was analyzed.
