当前土地整理中存在着重视增加耕地面积、忽视生态环境保护和生态效益评价的问题。通过对阆中市已实施的11个土地整理项目的调查研究，构建了9个生态效益评价指标，采用层次分析法和对比法对土地整理实施前后的生态效益进行评价对比，并根据评价结果，提出了提高阆中市土地整理生态效应的对策建议：重视土地整理的生态恢复功能，注重生态效益相关因子的健康协调发展，园地制宜地按规范组织土地整理项目施工，注重生态效益和经济效益的双赢。
英文摘要：
In current land consolidation, too much attention is paid to the increase of arable land area while ecologi- cal environment protection and evaluation of ecological benefits fail to receive due attention. This paper constructs 9 ecological benefit evaluation index by studying 11 completed projects of land consolidation in Langzhong City, and makes a contrast between the evaluation of the ecological benefits before and after land consolidation with the AHP method and comparison method. According to the evaluation results, we offer some suggestions as to improving the ecological benefits of land consolidation in Langzhong ： valuing the ecological recovery function of land consolidation and the healthy and harmonious development of factors related to ecological benefit, organizing land consolidation projects according to local conditions, and valuing win-win relationship between ecological benefits and economic benefits.
