In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises, especially scientific and technological enterprises, are having growing awareness on intellectual property protection and management; but from the actual situation, there are still some problems on intellectual property management in many scientific and technological enterprises, especially in small and medium- sized scientific and technological enterprises. Limited by the size of enterprises and technical strength, the level of their intellectual property management is relatively low. The informatization of intellectual property management plays an important role in solving the problem of intellectual property management for those small and medium-sized enterprises. Starting from the current status of intellectual property management of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, this paper constructs its intellectual property information management platform, discusses the process of various functional modules, and also provides a reference for the relevant research and practice.
