本文针对电机学课程教学过程中存在的教学技术革新、电机发展、学生就业与教学的脱节等问题,在教学内容、教学方法、教学仿真与多媒体动画、教学实验等方面对学生做调研。结合调研反馈,通过制作学生课件笔记、加强仿真与动画教学演示、实验室开放等方面的课程教学改革。实践证明改革方案方便了学生的课程学习,调动了学生的学习积极性,使得学生对学习电机学课程不再有畏难情绪,又使得学生的分析问题和解决问题的能力得到了提升,取得良好的教学效果。
