在精密工程技术领域,温度变化引起的热变形误差已成为影响精度的主要决定因素,针对此,提出了形体热变形系数、精确热膨胀系数、零件形体非相似性热变形、孔轴最佳热配合的概念,并简要介绍了自行研制的四维高精度热变形实验装置,最后指出了精密机械热变形误差在精密机械领域中后续研究的主要问题。
In the field of precision mechanism and engineering technology, the thermal deforma tion errors are often the dominate cause among the factors affecting the accuracy. After years of experimental and theoretical study of the thermal deformation, the authors presented the following theories: thermal deformation coefficient of the part, precise thermal expansion coefficient, non--similarity in thermal deformation of the part, optimal thermal fitting theory of the hole and shaft, and briefly introduced self-developed high--accuracy four--dimensional experimental equipment of the thermal deformation. Finally the main problems being studied subsequently of the thermal deformation theory in the field of precision mechanism was also presented.
