This paper mainly analyzed the lack of teachers in experimental teaching currently existed in the training of practical and innovative talents,, and took the teachers training experience in economics and management experimental teaching center of Beijing Union University as a case,to explore and comb out the teachers training measures , including the"four together" operation modes, "all-round" comprehensive training and rich effectiveness.
