Suffered the financial crisis impact,the developed countries began to review their serious ＂softening＂ industrial structure,and to formulate various strategic measures to rebuild the manufacturing industry.Having summarizes four features of reindustrialization in developed countries,such as re-established the status of industry economy,support new industry,increase education investment,and solve the environmental problems,this paper analyzes the four aspects impacts on China of the reindustrialization in developed countries,including the structure of economy,export of commodity,innovation of technology and development of enterprise,and then put forward to four development strategies,such as take new path to industrialization,accelerate scientific and technological innovation,expand overseas investment,encourage the innovation of industrial cluster for China to response the challenges brought by reindustrialization in developed countries.
