为改善微表处混合料的高温稳定性、粘结性和耐久性,采用拌合试验、粘聚力试验、湿轮磨耗试验、分散试验和汉堡车辙试验研究了1%-5%水性环氧树脂掺量下微表处混合料的施工性能和路用性能,试验结果表明:水性环氧树脂的掺加可显著改善微表处混合料的抗松散性能,3%环氧树脂掺量可使1 h、6 d湿轮磨耗值分别降低46%、38.7%,随着水性环氧树脂掺量的增加,微表处混合料在水温耦合作用下的抗永久变形能力和水稳定性显著提高,推荐适宜的水性环氧树脂掺量为2%-3%。
To improve the high temperature stability,adhesion and durability of Micro-surfacing mixture,various of test including mixing test,cohesion test,,wet wheel abrasion test,flying test and Hamburg rutting dispersion were used to study the construction performance and Comprehensive road Performance of Micro-surfacing mixture.The results show that:the adding of Waterborne epoxy can improve of anti-loose performance of the micro-surfacing mix significantly,after add 3% content of Waterborne Expoxythe 1 h and 6dwet wheel abrasion test results reduced by 46%,,38.7%,With the increase of waterborne epoxy content,resistance to permanent deformation and water stability of Micro-surfacing mixturesignificantly improved under the condition of water and temperature coupling effect ,recommend the suitable Waterborne Expoxy content is 2% -3%.
