根据对浙江省高技术产业中1111家企业2003-2005年的调查数据,研究了不同类型的技术引进和产品出口对企业自主研发投资的影响。实证研究结果表明,总体上看,技术引进和出口对于企业的自主研发没有产生显著影响。从技术引进和出口贸易的不同类型来看,非体现性技术引进对企业自主研发有显著的正向影响,而体现性技术引进则没有显著的正面影响,甚至有一定的负面作用。高技术产品出口对企业的自主研发有显著的积极影响,但是,传统产品出口对企业的自主研发具有显著的负作用。本研究结果对于提升我国企业创新能力具有重要的政策指导意义。

英文摘要：

Using data of 1111 firms in Zhejiang high-tech industry during year 2003-2005,this study examines the impact of specific types of technology imports and product exports on firms＇ RD investment（RDI）.At the aggregated level,the analysis shows that neither technology imports nor product exports have positive impact on firms＇ RDI.However,on further examination of their types,it exhibits a positive effect of disembodied technology imports on the firms＇ RDI,while positive effects of embodied technology imports were absent and even emerge as a negative sign.Moreover,it is the high-tech product exports that have a positive effect on firms＇ RDI,while the traditional product exports show a significant negative sign.The empirical findings provide us with valuable policy implications in better promoting firms＇ innovation.
