在基于声表面波的无线标签识别系统实现的过程中,功能强大、性能稳定的接收机不可或缺。由普遍使用的接收机结构的提出开始,从灵敏度、动态范围等这些接收机重要的性能指标处着手分析讨论。结合声表面波回波信号的实际情况,对电路各单元进行了增益分配和功率计算,完成了接收机系统的模拟电路部分设计,通过实验对设计结果进行了验证。
During the design of the wireless Identification tag system, which is based on SAW, emphasis must be placed on the receiver with strong function and stable performance. The general used structure of RF receiver has been given first, and the most important aspects of the receiver discussed, such as sensitivity,dynamic range, etc, and then considered how to improve these characteristics, the design of receiver system has been well developed through further distributing gain and calculating power for each unit of the circuit. Moreover, it has been verified via experiment.
