设计并建立了一套用于研究气泡生成的激光影像测量系统。采用CCD摄像仪及计算机图像采集与处理系统,测定了20℃时在不同N2体积流率,喷嘴直径和气室体积条件下气泡在不同浓度聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水溶液中的生成行为,得到了气泡生成过程中不同时刻的体积;考察了流体物性、喷嘴直径、气室体积和气体流率对气泡分离体积的影响。结果表明,流体物性、喷嘴直径和气体流率对气泡生成体积具有明显的增强作用,而气室体积的影响较小。
A laser image measurement system to study bubble formation was specially designed and constructed. The formation behaviors of bubble in various mass concentrations of polyaerylamide (PAM) aqueous solutions at 20 ℃ and under various volume flow rates of N2 ,inner diameters of orifice,and volumes of gas chamber were measured respectively by the use of a CCD camera and the computer picture collection and treatment technique;And bubble volumes were obtained at different formation times. The effects of physical properties of fluid,orifice diameter,volume of gas chamber and gas flow rate on the detachment volume of bubble were investigated respectively. Experimental results reveal that physical properties of fluid,inner diameter of orifice, and gas flow rate have remarkably positive effects on bubble volume, whereas the volume of gas chamber has less impact.
