为了说明模拟软件DeST在住宅室内热环境预测方面的可应用性,以北京市未安装空调的2户住宅为研究对象,对住宅房间进行室温的连续测试,并对室温进行模拟分析,将室温计算值与实测室温进行了比较.研究结果表明,在客观反映了各个内、外扰量的实际影响后,房间室温计算值与实测室温具有一致的变化趋势.这说明DeST软件能很好地反映实际住宅房间室温的变化状况.
This research has heen conducted to investigate to what extent DeST software can describe the actual influences of outdoor conditions and indoor casual gains on indoor climate, by comparing measured temperature and simulated temperature of residential buildings in Beijing. The results reveal that the same temperature changing tendency between simulated temperature and measured temperature can be achieved as long as the effects of occupancy behaviors on indoor climates are actually considered in the simulation. This demonstrates the applicability of DeST software to predicting indoor climate and assessing thermal performance of residential buildings.
