目的：观察分析耳穴压豆配合中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法：选取我院2015 年10 月—2016年2 月收治的90 例原发性痛经患者，随机数字表法分为A 组（n=30）、B 组（n=30）、C 组（n=30），A 组给予耳穴压豆配合中药外敷治疗，B 组给予耳穴压豆治疗，C 组给予中药外敷治疗，科学评估三组患者临床治疗效果。结果：A 组患者治疗有效率较B、C 组显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论：针对原发性痛经患者，耳穴压豆配合中药外敷治疗，可明显缓解痛经症状，疗效安全显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effects of ear acupoint bean pressing therapy combined with acupointsticking therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 90 patients with primary dysmenorrheal, who accepted treatment inour hospital from October 2015 to February 2016, were selected and randomLy divided into the group A (n=30), group B (n=30) and groupC (n=30). Group A were treated with the ear acupoint bean pressing therapy combined with acupoint sticking therapy while in group Bwere treated with the ear acupoint bean pressing therapy and group C were treated with the acupoint sticking therapy. The clinical treatmenteffect of three groups of patients was scientifically evaluated. Results: The effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B andgroup C (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with primary dysmenorrhea, the ear acupoint bean pressing therapy combined with acupointsticking therapy could significantly alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, and the curative effect was safe and significant, and it shouldbe promoted in the clinical application.
