First,analysis results indicate that there are 3 types of team task structure： parallel,sequential,and orchestral.Secondly,the finding shows that team process could be explained by 4 dimensions： planning and preparation,procedure maintenance,performance optimality,and personnel assistance,and the level of them vary among 3 types of team task structure.In orchestral condition,planning and preparation is significantly higher than that in others condition.In parallel condition,personnel assistance is significantly higher than that in orchestral condition.
