采用开顶箱(OTC)设施试验方法,研究分析了O3浓度升高处理对沈阳市主要绿化树种油松光合生理特性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,高浓度O3处理下油松叶片净光合速率随着处理时间的延长显著降低(P〈0.01);类胡萝卜素含量变化复杂,处理初期显著降低(P〈0.05),随后迅速升高,随着处理时间延长与对照无显著差异。chla与chl(a+b)含量变化相似,表现为先升高后降低的趋势,而chlb含量则显著低于对照(P〈0.05);可溶性糖含量无显著变化,淀粉积累在处理初期受到明显的抑制作用,随着处理时间的延长无显著变化;可溶性蛋白含量均低于对照,并随着处理时间的延长下降幅度增大。叶片中MDA含量显著增加,并且随着处理时间的延长差异变大;类胡萝卜素含量的变化与MDA含量的显著增加引起了光合作用的下降,导致了可溶性蛋白和淀粉含量的下降。
The Pinus tabulaeformis Carr trees were exposed in the open-top chambers to two levels of ozone concentration [ambient, approximately 45 nmol/mol and elevated ozone, (80±8)nmol·mol^-1]. The photosynthesis rate decreased significantly with the elevated O3 The content of earotenoids decreased in the early period of experiment, then went up rapidly, and showed no significant difference from that of control with treatment duration. The content of chla and chl(a+b) changed similarly, with the trend of increasing firstly then decreasing lastly, while the content of chlb was significantly lower than that of control(p 〈0.05). The content of soluble sugar changed a little, the accumulation of starch was markedly restrained in the early treatment but no obvious change was found later. The content of soluble protein was lower than that of control and decreased greatly with the treatment time going on. The content of soluble protein and starch in leaves decreasing related to the decreased photosynthesis. However, the change of total chlorophyll content was subtle and insignificant, which may contribute to the significant changes of carotenoids which protected chlorophyll from photo-oxidation. The photosynthesis decreasing may result from the changes of carotenoids content and the significant increase of MDA which is an important product of lipid peroxidation that occurred on cellular membrane systems including photosynthetic membrane system.
