用XRD残余应力测试仪、纳米压痕仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和T-11磨损试验机等方法研究了不同的热处理温度对高速电弧喷涂7Cr13涂层的残余应力分布、弹性模量、微观组织和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,适当的热处理工艺能降低涂层的孔隙率;释放涂层的残余拉应力,当热处理的温度在225℃左右时,涂层由拉应力转变为压应力;涂层的弹性模量和热处理温度之间成正比关系。磨损试验结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,涂层硬度逐渐增大,从而改善了涂层的耐磨性。
The effeet of annealing treatment on microstrueture and mcehanical properties of Fe-Cr based coatings were studied. A series of 7Cr13 coatings were prepared by high velocity electrical are spray process. The residual stress, elastic modulus, wear resistanee and mierostrueture of the eoatings were charaeterized by using XRD residual stress tester, nano-indentation tester, T-11 wear tester, SEM and XRD. The results indicate that annealing treatment can decrease porosity and release the residual tensile stress of the coatings. When the annealing treatment temperature is about 225℃, tensile stress in the eoatings changes to eompress stress. The elastic modulus of the coatings increases with increasing of annealing temperature. The wear test results show that microhardness of the eoatings increases with increasing annealing temperature, whieh improve wear resistance of the coatings.
