弦支拉索与水平拉索组合同上弦主拱钢桁架连接,形成一种新型的组合网壳结构体系。主要介绍了此类新型结构体系在广饶国际博览中心中的应用,分析了其工程难点与解决措施、网壳结构及拉索的总体施工方案、拉索施工监测方案等。重点介绍了撑杆与弦支拉索、撑杆与上弦主拱桁架、网壳支座处的连接节点设计。经监测,施工过程中,结构最大变形和钢结构等效应力均满足施工工艺要求。
A new type of composite latticed shell is formed by connecting suspend cable and horizontal cable with upper chord of main steel arching truss. The technique difficult and solution measures, main construction program for latticed shell and cables, construction monitoring for cables are proposed in this paper. Design of nodes for brace struts and suspend cables, brace struts and upper chord of main steel arching, supports of latticed shell is chiefly introduced. By monitoring, the maximum deformation and equivalent stresses of the steel structures can meet construction requirements.
