制度经济学认为,＂如果一种资源没有排他性的所有权,就会导致对这种资源的过度利用.＂在贵州省水电资源开发中,因为有一部分土地的产权存在争议,则不但会导致对该土地资源的过度利用,而且会引起不同经济主体的博弈,给和谐社会与良好生态环境的构建,带来隐患.针对水电库区相关各方对土地产权博弈所造成的问题,提出解决问题的对策建议.
英文摘要：
The system economist thinks that ＂If a kind of resources doesn＇ t have the exclusive ownership, it will be led to excessive exploitation. ＂In the exploitation of hydroelectric power resources of Guizhou province, the controversy among some land property not only leads to excessive exploitation of landis resources, but also causes the competition of different economic subjects, which brings out hidden troubles for building the harmonious society and good ecological environment. Aiming at above problems caused by the competition of land property, this paper puts forward suggestions for solving the problems.
