平面形状可变刚体机构是基于给出的运动轨迹,即设计轮廓,通过对刚体运动链的综合,实现对设计轮廓的精确匹配,其关键在于对设计轮廓的分段。对机构运动链的综合过程予以研究,列出设计流程与数学分析方法,提出基于曲线曲率不性原理的新算法对设计轮廓进行关节划分,较明显的降低设计复杂度,并在设计实例中得到应用。
Shape-Changing Rigid-Body Mechanisms is composed of rigid links and revolute joints,capable of approximating a shape change defined by a set of curves,referred to as design profiles.The division of the joint point is the key of a kinematic procedure to synthesize planar mechanisms.This paper lists the design process and methods of mathematical analysis,proposes a new algorithm to divide joints,which based on curvature of invariance principle.This algorithm can reduce the complexity of the design,and applied to the design examples.
