为仙客来(Cyclamen premium Mill)叶斑病的起源、发生、传播和防治研究提供形态解剖学依据,利用石蜡切片和扫描电镜观察患叶斑病的仙客来叶片,研究病原菌在叶片中的分布和侵染特点。结果表明,叶斑病病原菌先通过菌丝从叶片气孔侵入,进入海绵组织中产生孢子,再向其他部位蔓延。叶斑病病原菌在侵染过程中产生了垫、塞和钉状的特殊侵染结构。
Paraffin sections and scanning electron microscopy methods were used to observe leaf spot disease of Cyclamen premium Mill leaves to study the fungal pathogen distribution in the leaves and infection characteristics for further study of the origin, occurrence, and spread of fungal disease cyclamen and provide anatomical basis for the control. The results showed that, leaf spot pathogen infected from the leaf stomata to spongy tissue through mycelium and produced spores then spread to other parts. In the infection process, leaf spot fungi produced cushions, plug and nail infection structure.
