针对传统煤粉流量仪表标定方法中人工抄录和计算存在的效率低、精度低且容易出现失误的问题,本文提出了壳牌煤气化过程中煤粉流量仪表的一种计算机辅助标定方法。该方法可以在线采集煤粉循环阶段相关生产信息,实现煤粉循环负荷区间的自动划分及流量平稳区的自动搜索,并估算平稳区数据的可靠性,最后根据标定需求提供线性回归、二次和三次多项式回归功能,同时给出回归方式的选择基准。根据本方法开发的煤粉流量仪表标定软件有效避免了传统煤粉流量仪表标定中人工抄录和计算所出现的失误,提升了数据处理的灵活性,进而显著提高了标定速度和标定精度。
The present paper concerns itself with a computer-aided calibration method of flow meters in Shell coal gasification process, aiming to solve the problems caused by manual calibration. In this method, the data lists for calibration are sampled and partitioned automatically. Then the steady zones of coal flow are searched and their reliability is estimated through related algorithms. After that, the method provides the users with three types of data regression, including linear regression, quadratic regression and cubic regression, meantime the criteria for selection is attached. The calibration software has been developed according to the method we proposed, which can avoid the fault caused by the former calibration method effectively. Furthermore, it can enhance the flexibility of data processing, and thus significantly improve the speed and accuracy of calibration.
