Left bundle branch block （LBBB） has been confirmed as an independent predictor for heart failure patients after cardiac resynchronization therapy. Further visualization studies of the pathophysiology of left ventricular asynchrony will help optimization of the treatment and prognosis assessment for heart failure patients with LBBB. This review mainly focused on the progresses of imaging study of left ventricular asynchrony with LBBB for pathophysiology demonstration and prognosis assessment.
