制备了银质量分数分别为1%、5%、7%、10%和20%的Ag/ZnO复合体系试样,测量其非线性特性和介电特性,研究不同银含量对试样电性能的影响。结果表明,样品的击穿场强随银含量的增大先增大后减小;根据介电频谱和温谱发现,在20℃、1kHz时,样品的损耗随着银含量的增大而增大;样品的介电常数先减小后增大。从理论和样品的显微结构两个方面对其进行了解释。
Ag/ZnO composite samples were prepared with different Ag content of 1%, 5%, 7%, 10% and 20%, respectively. The electrical and dielectric properties were investigated. It was found that the breakdown field strength at first increases then decreases with increasing Ag content. The dielectric spectra shows that the loss increases with silver increasing and the dielectric constant at first down then up at 20℃, 1 kHz. The experimental results were analyzed through theory and microstructure of different samples.
