针对云南省地理位置毗邻东盟各国的特殊性，指出云南发展多式联运，对外可加强与东盟各国的联系，对内可拉动经济增长的重要性。同时也指出云南发展多式联运存在以下问题：澜沧江沿岸港VI货运能力有限，公路货运受到铁路货运的冲击，铁路联运供给能力相对不足，空路联运设施不完善；各种联运方式综合性差；各联运主体利润分配难。针对问题，提出解决对策：增设货运港口以扩增水运能力，抓住细分市场机遇及寻求合作机会，针对客户需求灵活提供服务，大力发展卡车航班，统筹管理及信息共享，注重供应链绩效。

英文摘要：

Based on geographical particularity between Yunnan and ASEAN, this paper pointed out significance of strengthening ties with ASEAN and promoted economic growth by developing international intermodal, and also pointed out that Yunnan developed international intermodal facing questions were below：They were limited freight capacity of coast ports of Lancang river, railway freight impacted highway freight, the relative lacked of supply capacity of railway transport, inadequate facilities of air transport, poor synthesis among various modes of transport and the difficulties of profit distribution among various transport bodies. Based on the questions, this paper proposed corresponding countermeasures, and they were increasing freight port to expand waterway transport capacity,seizing the opportunity of market segmentation and seeking opportunities for cooperation, based on customer demand to provide service flexibility, developing truck transportation vigorously, integrated management and information sharing and emphas- izing on the supply chain performance respectively.
