采用不同溶剂对褐煤、焦煤、低变质程度的无烟煤以及较高变质程度的无烟煤等4个煤级煤样分级超声萃取,根据萃取物中的族组成含量的实际测定和分析发现:1)溶剂萃取率主要受控于煤级,实质上是煤的显微组分和小分子化合物的含量对萃取率的控制;2)随着煤化程度的提高,萃取物中烃类含量有增加的趋势,而沥青质+非烃含量呈现减小的变化规律;3)不同溶剂的前两次萃取即可将煤中的绝大多数游离组分溶出,萃取的继续进行,以吸附态存在于微孔中和镶嵌于大分子网络结构中的组分的相对含量增加.
Used the fractional ultrasonic-extraction on four different metamorphism coals, including lignite, coking coal, lower- and higher-metamorphism anthracite by different solvent, the group compositions of the extraction were measured and the results shows.l) The extraction yields are mainly affected by ihe coal ranks, substantially by the content of macerals and small molecular phase~2) With the deepening of metamorphism, hydrocarbon content shows a tendency to increase,but the content of aromatics and asphalt to decrease ~ 3) The twi-extraction of different solvents can make most free-state components dissolve and depart from the residues, and the aromatics and asphalt components being a mode of adsorption and inlaying in the coal macromolecular network structure the extraction proceeding relativelv increase.
