虽然企业家“原罪”现象与创业时期的伦理问题密不可分，但对创业伦理的探讨最近才成为新兴的研究主题。选择1989——2009年问发表于JBE、JBV、ETP等顶级伦理和创业杂志中有关创业伦理的文献作为分析对象，围绕创业者、机会、组织形式和创业环境四个关键要素，在评价创业伦理研究发展历程和现状的基础上，构建了创业伦理研究的整体框架，并归纳了未来研究方向。
英文摘要：
The problem of the ＂original sin＂ has always been closely related to entrepreneurial ethics, however, the topic of entrepreneurship and ethics is just emerging as an issue of concern. This study chooses academic articles published on top journals in the entrepreneurship and ethics field during the period of 1989--2009, and reviews the literature around four key domains of entrepreneur, opportunity, organizational form, and entrepreneurial environment. Based on a status--quo evaluation of existing literaturet this paper proposes an integrative framework suggesting future research directions.
