通过稻草还田中、长期定位试验,研究了连续21年稻草部分还田和连续4年全量还田对油菜籽脂肪酸组成及关键品质的影响效应。结果表明:连续21年稻草部分还田、连续4年全量还田分别与稻草未还田相比,在油菜籽脂肪酸组成上,均表现出油酸含量显著增加、芥酸含量略有下降的趋势,具有改善油脂组成的正向作用;连续21年稻草部分还田的油菜籽硫甙、蛋白质和脂肪含量均劣于秸秆未还田,差异不显著。连续4年稻草全量还田对硫甙、蛋白质和脂肪含量的影响与长期部分还田一致,但其蛋白质、脂肪含量与稻草不还田的差异显著。
Through middle-term and long-term location tests,the influences of returning rice straw to the field [including continuous 21 years partial returning(treatment 1) and continuous 4 years total returning(treatment 2)] on the fatty acid composition and key commercial quality of rapeseed were studied.The results showed that in comparison with no returning rice straw to the field(Ck),treatment 1 and treatment 2 could significantly increase the oleic acid content and slightly decrease the erucic acid content,so the positive effect of optimizing fatty acid composition was induced through long - term returning straw to the field. The contents of glucosinolates, protein and fat in rapeseeds in treatment 1 were all less than those in CK ( P 〉 0.05). Treatment 2 had the similar influence as treatment 1 on the contents of glucosinolates, protein and fat in rapeseeds, while the contents of protein and fat in rapeseedt in treatment 2 were significantly less than those in CK (P 〈 0. 05 ).
