为进一步研究在预应力碳纤维板加固钢梁的试验中出现的胶层粘结滑移问题,为结构加固工程提供前瞻性意见,在国内外学者对胶层的有限元分析成果的基础上,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,提出“弹簧-刚域”模型对胶层进行模拟,并进行试验研究,通过对试验现象和结果的分析验证了模型。结果表明,预应力CFRP板加固能在一定程度上提高钢梁刚度,所建立的有限元模型的模拟值与试验值吻合良好,拟合度接近0.9,模型分析方法简单易行,可对其他相似有限元模型的建立有良好的借鉴作用。
Based on the finite element analysis results of layer studies by domestic and foreign scholars, a spring and rigid body model was put forward to explore the bond-slip problem of the layer between the steel beam and prestressed CFRP sheet, and to provide a prospective opinion of strengthening experiment. The model was verified by experiments. The results showed that the stiffness of steel beam can be improved when the beam was strengthened by prestressed CFRP, and the precision of the fitting given by the finite element model was closed to 0. 9. The introduced model is simple and can be easily put into practice, which will be a good reference for other similar finite element models.
